Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions for Invo Prep, operated by AURA EDUCACAO TECNOLOGIA LTDA, registered under CNPJ 63.854.028/0001-06.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. First Payment Refund

We offer a 7-day refund period for the first payment of a subscription.

If you are not satisfied with Invo Prep, you may request a refund within 7 days after your first subscription payment.

To request a refund, email support@invoprep.com with the email address associated with your account.

If approved, the refund will be processed through our payment provider. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

2. Later Subscription Payments

The 7-day refund period applies only to the first payment of a subscription.

After the first payment, subscription renewal charges are generally non-refundable.

If you cancel after a renewal charge has been processed, your account will generally remain active until the end of the paid billing period, but the renewal payment will not be refunded.

3. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.

You are responsible for canceling your subscription before renewal if you do not want to be charged for the next billing period.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the available account, billing, or subscription management tools, or by contacting support@invoprep.com.

Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund past charges, except where the first-payment 7-day refund rule applies or where required by applicable law.

5. Promotions and Discounts

If you purchased a subscription using a discount, referral offer, promotional price, early-user offer, or other special condition, the refund will be based on the amount actually paid.

Promotional offers may be modified, limited, or discontinued at our discretion.

6. Abuse and Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, violation of our Terms of Service, account sharing, unauthorized resale, or misuse of the platform.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
